Hospice of the Midwest was established in 2011 by a team of Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska-based healthcare professionals who are committed to providing our patients and families with dignity, compassion and individualized end of life care. Hospice of the Midwest provides support and services needed to meet the physical, medical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
Our interdisciplinary team will work tirelessly to ensure you receive quality end-of-life care to maintain the most independence possible. Our clinical team members are trained in pain and symptom management. Our support team is skilled in the specific areas of mental, emotional, and spiritual support.
Hospice of the Midwest mission is to consistently provide our patients and their families with compassionate, individualized, supportive care and comfort at the last phase of one’s life journey.
