Hospice of the Midwest is a proud participant of the We Honor Veterans Program.
As Veterans age, they often need specialized care that can be difficult to find. For many families, it’s a challenge to leave their loved one in the hands of others, especially when they have specific needs associated with their past military service. At Hospice of the Midwest, we are proud to participate in the We Honor Veterans Program as a way to recognize, thank, and honor the heroes who have so bravely defended our country.
Many Veteran patients struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder or disabilities related to combat.
